Chef and Barista Recruitment

After joining the co-working space in October to write about coffee for two magazines, and after years spent running coffee shops, Ben Mitchel is opening hs own coffee shop in Sharrow and has some exciting chef and barista opportunities coming up...

Ben’s hiring across a range of roles to help him serve delicious, indulgent sandwiches and specialty coffee:

Chef/Sandwich chef (full-time) - Leading on the development of sandwiches, as well as other food options to make the counter look amazing. Preparing food in a timely manner and in accordance with food regs. Training other kitchen team members. If you have dealt with suppliers before and can cost a menu, that's a bonus.

Barista (part-time available) - Looking for baristas well-versed in everything specialty coffee, working with the best equipment with coffee from one of the best UK roasters.

Food prep chef (part-time available) - Preparing sandwiches and other food items.
