Need a large events space for your conference, workshop, rehearsal, etc.? The One Space is our first-floor multi-purpose events space with a range of layouts for up to 70 people. Scroll down for calendar availability and our booking enquiry form.

One Space hire rates (Mon-Sat):
Solidarity Rate (private/corporate)
Monday to Friday:
£300/day or £200/half-day
Saturday: £400/day or £300/half day
Sunday: £500/day or £400/half-day
Social Rate
For events by community groups and voluntary organisations;
Monday to Saturday during working hours:
£60/day or £30/half-day
Opening hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 to 18:30

Flipchart and Paper = £25
Lunch catering available from our street food traders, contact us for a quote
Refreshment station to include fresh coffee, teas, chilled water = £60
Outside-hours Barista = £15/hr + £15 locking-up fee
After choosing your date and times you'll receive an email confirmation of this reservation within 24hrs plus an invoice including a payment link. To reduce admin, we ask for payment in advance; when payment is received, you'll receive an email to confirm your booking. In the meantime, we'll keep the reservation for 7 days, so it's exclusively available for you.
Don't forget our ground-floor café is also available to hire in the evenings!
