Top Floor Meeting Room (Members Rate)

Service Description

Room booking is free for Union St members (up to two hours per person per day) so if you already pay for monthly workspace then you won't be charged for your first two hours. For longer meetings, please use the standard room booking page instead. Our core opening hours for meeting rooms are Tuesday to Thursday 08:30 to 18:30. If you wish to book a room outside of our normal opening hours, please contact matt@union-st.org directly. Projector hire = £15 Flipchart hire = £10 Whiteboard hire = £5 If you're not a Union St member you'll receive an email confirmation of this reservation within 24hrs plus an invoice including a payment link. To reduce admin we ask for payment in advance, so when payment is received you'll receive an email to confirm your booking. In the meantime we'll keep the reservation for 7 days, so it's exclusively available for you. Please note that our system does not allow cancellations.
