Service Description
One Space is available for meetings, workshops, classes and all sorts of other events. One Space hire rates: Solidarity Rate (private/corporate) Monday to Friday: £300/day or £200/half-day Saturday: £400/day or £300/half day Sunday: £500/day or £400/half-day Social Rate For events by community groups and voluntary organisations; Monday to Saturday during working hours: £60/day or £30/half-day Projector hire = £15 Flipchart and Paper = £25 Lunch catering available from our street food traders, contact us for a quote Refreshment station to include fresh coffee, teas, chilled water = £60 Outside-hours Barista = £15/hr + £15 locking-up fee Projector hire = £15 | Flipchart hire = £10 | Whiteboard hire = £5 Lunch catering available for £6-9 per head. Refreshment station = £60 | Refills = £10 each | Outside-hours barista = £15/hr + £15 locking-up fee After choosing your date and times you'll receive an email confirmation of this reservation within 24hrs plus an invoice including a payment link. To reduce admin we ask for payment in advance, so when payment is received you'll receive an email to confirm your booking. In the meantime we'll keep the reservation for 7 days, so it's exclusively available for you.
