Here at Union St we offer a range of workspace, from hot desking and co-working to desk rental and meeting space.

The most popular option is the co-working membership which allows you to ‘hot desk‘ alongside a range of other people within a friendly and productive environment, whilst retaining independence to choose when you want to work. Prices for working at Union St for 1 day per week start at just £45/month, ranging to 5 days per week access at just £95 per month, including all costs.

Opening in April 2017 will be the new Union Studio on the 3rd floor, with desk rental offering the option to work within an open plan office based at our city centre hub, whilst gaining your own personal workspace. More details are here, priced at £200 per month all inclusive.

For meetings we offer two options of varying sizes. The ground floor meeting room is ideally suited for small meetings, including a window with a view to the front door to allow you to see your guest(s) arriving, and the ability to offer your guests hot drinks from the pop-up cafe. Room hire is £10/hr, with discounts available for regular bookings and co-working members.

Larger meetings, workshops, training and events are catered for on our newly refurbished One Space on the 1st floor, designed by architects Studio Polpo and furbished by Redall Bespoke Creations. Regular bookings range from corporate training sessions facilited by Intrinsic Links to meditation sessions from the Sheffield Buddhist Centre. Prices start at £25/hr, with discounts for regular bookings and community activity.

Finally, the ground floor workspace cafe can offer a more informal location, and we’re happy to reserve a table to host your meeting. Twin Cafe coffee and Forge Bakehouse pastries are served every morning from 9am, with lunches served from 11:30am til 2pm on Wednesays (Pasta Masta), Thursdays (Pie Eyed) and Fridays (FANFARE).
