Lunchtime Yoga with Alyce, Mondays 12:30-1:30pm

A hatha and vinyasa flow yoga class, suitable for anyone looking to stretch and move their body in a loving and caring way, ready to return to the rest of their afternoon feeling refreshed and energised. All levels welcome, with Mats & props provided. Your first class is free, thereafter £7. DIY Screen Printing, Sunday 20th May, 10am til 1pm

D.I.Y Screen Printing is a great course to help you to begin mastering this diverse and exciting form of print making. Artist Sarah Holden will take you on a step by step tour of how to build your own screen from inexpensive or found materials, create paper stencils and use them to print on your very own card and tote bags!
