Lunchtime Yoga with Alyce, Mondays 12:30-1:30pm

A hatha and vinyasa flow yoga class, suitable for anyone looking to stretch and move their body in a loving and caring way, ready to return to the rest of their afternoon feeling refreshed and energised. All levels welcome, with Mats & props provided. Your first class is free, thereafter £7. Creative Confidence: How to do work you love and get paid what you’re worth, Tuesday 22nd May, 1-3pm

Adult Learning Cafe – Bi-Monthly Fridays

Are you interested in returning to learning and progressing to University or College? This drop-in cafe is a relaxed and informal way to meet and speak to staff and current students from your local universities and colleges, including specialists in student finance, careers advisors and staff who support mature learners.
